Abstract
The problem of people predisposition to social and moral norms' violation in its dynamics for the past 5 years is considered. The comparative analysis of existing in people's consciousness value orientations at the level of group ideals with individual etalon models is given. Correlation between value orientations and predisposition to social norms' violation is revealed. The content of value-orientation models is determined empirically. Adherence to them is a characteristic of predisposition to social and moral norms' observance or violation.
