Abstract
The problem of multilevel mental properties disclosure during professionally important qualities and personal characteristics diagnosing is analyzed. Proposition to consider a test execution as activity and actualization of every property and characteristic in certain specificity of system of mental regulation as well as conception of problemacities, which is focused on multilevel structure of complex professional activity mental regulation disclosure, are considered as its theoretical basis. The results of experimental approbation of activity analysis methods for psychodiagnostics as well as evaluation of possibility to use subjective complexity of activity as diagnostic's general parameter are presented.
