- Abstract
- Influence of emotions on efficacy of performance in laboratory conditions in groups of teachers and students in conditions of hypermotivation was studied. Factor of motivation (including goal’s achievement motivation) was introduced in the third cycle of relaxation-activation test in the task of attention switching; it was enhanced with time limitation and destructors. Emotional tension appeared that moment caused emotive reactions - decreasing of attention switching and exceeding of motivational optimum. Dynamics of changes of mental states was characterized by GSR.It was found that emotive reactions appeared in laboratory conditions in both groups. But teachers managed its negative effect belter than students because of individual-typological, psychophysiological and personal pecu liarities (anxiety, instability and emotionality) as well as different mastering of voluntary self-control and subjective value of performance in laboratory conditions.
