Results of a study devoted to the rating of professional level and labour efficacy of scholars, constructors and technologists at design offices, medical staff are examined. The study was conducted in three dimensions: rating of staff’s labour efficacy, rating of efficacy of management staff labour, and estimation of social status of each person including groups and departments leaders. The informalion obtained was used while fornuilaling detailed recommendations for evaluation of working positions and categories and establishing salaries
