Abstract
The hypothesis was advanced that people of accentuated biopsychodynamical type have an inclination to is chemia. Such people characterize with emphasized traits of temperament, global traits of character (psychodynamic aspect) and concerned parameters of organism (biological aspect). Further studying of ischemical pa tients showed that only some of psychodynamic accentuations related to behavior of type A constitute the risk factor of ischemia. Usage of these characteristics permits to increase reliability of named risk factor assessment.Interpretation of individual combinations of emphasized scales in people with accentuations was made by way of factor analysis of scales of questionnaires of temperament structure of V.M. Rusalov and accentuations of character of Leonhard-Schmieschek. There were described three types of accentuations of psychodynamic characteristics: hypertim-active, emotional and mixed ones. In situations of psychoemotional stress emotional and mixed types are characterized by hyperactivity of cardiovascular system and they suffer from ischemia more frequently.
