Integrative function of mental states was studied. It was shown that states integrating mental processes and attributes m time units form mental structure («psychological order") of personality. Because of the integrative function the unity and wholeness of mind is provided. Measures of «involvement" of the processes and attributes in the interaction with the states are presented, the specific influence of the mental states on dynamic features of the mental processes, typical regularities of their interrelations (integration, disintegration, differentiation), leading (structure forming) attributes and stated are revealed
