The results of the series of empirical investigation of social psychological dynamics (individual and group) in changing economical conditions of contemporary Russian society are theoretically generalized. The mechanisms of changes in cause-effect relation of social psychological and social economical factors arc analyzed. The essential "zones" and types of interaction arc revealed. Motivation of the partners in joint professional activity, the dominant values, the preference of working in definite social-economical conditions, the symptom-complexes of social-adaptive characteristics and so on in relation to the economical factors arc the significant psychological phenomena.
