- Abstract
- The author considers nowadays self-identification processes that are related to the period of social transformations at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. The need for some unifying national identity is substantiated. The author analyzes the potential of the civic identity that can become one of the foundations for the integration processes in Russian society and facilitate the formation of an integrated identity space.
