- Abstract
- It is the translation from English of Chapter 5 "Diamond body" of "Mahaparinirvanasutra", or "Sutra about Great Nirvana" ("Great Sutra about Paradise"), which is the conclusive sermon of Buddha Shakyamuni that have been delivered just before his departure from our world 2500 years ago. The original is Japanese publication: The Mahayana Mahaparinirvanasutra; a complete translation from the Chinese classical language in 3 volumes. Yamamota, Kosho, tr. Oyama (Japan): Karinbunko, 1973. The paper is implemented in frames of research by historical PhD Felix Shvedoski named "Mahaparinirvanasutra in interpretation of Japanese great saint Nichiren (1222-1281)".
