- Abstract
- The article is written on the Polish and East-Slavic materials and devoted to the problem of cemetery symbolism in traditional cultures. It highlights basic mythical concepts concerning cemetery, discusses the rules and terms of visits, describes the terminology used in this sphere of traditional culture, retells beliefs about the dead and life beyond the grave.
