- Abstract
- The article deals with the new monograph of the professor of the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences Lilla Moroz-Grzelak, which is dedicated to the history of emergence and evolution of a complex of notions and concepts related to the idea of Slavic affinity and Slavic reciprocity in the mentality of Polish and South-Slavic elites in the late eighteenth – early twentieth centuries. The content and main conclusions of the book are treated in the context of contemporary scholarly interest towards the history and meanings of the concepts describing ethno-national identity.
