- Abstract
- The article analyzes the materials from excavations at the Stone Age multilayer sites of Chygai and cave Dvoinaya at Gubskoe gorge. The sites contain Late Upper Paleolithic and Mesolithic cultural layers. The new data allowed to arrive at a more detailed chronology for the settling of Gubskoe gorge and to outline the reference points for Late Pleistocene - Early Holocene sites in the Northern Caucasus.
