Проведен анализ исследований управления совместной деятельностью в зарубежной социальной психологии. Выделены пять основных теоретических парадигм в изучении совместной деятельности (структурная, социокультурная, сетевая, эмоциональная, когнитивная). Особое внимание уделено исследованиям совместного творчества и совместной деятельности в условиях высокой неопределенности и дефицита времени. Намечены наиболее перспективные направления дальнейших исследований.
